COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This is the third perforator flap dissection in live animal model course held by the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Cluj-Napoca in association with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy „Iuliu Hatieganu” Cluj-Napoca. This intensive 2-day course is aimed at interested Plastic Surgery trainee surgeons. The aim is to familiarize and gain confidence in dissecting the most important perforator flaps used in reconstructive
surgery. Candidates will work in pairs of two, and each pair will be assigned one animal/day.
The trainees will have ample opportunity to individually dissect each flap under excellent supervision from our faculty
